Spot Less Car Wash

Excellent service. Went through the drive through wash and a gentleman scrubbed my van during the wash.

I dont understand why this car wash has so many good reviews.$3 for 5 minutes to do everything, I ran out of time twice, I tried the "stopping" option, but it only stops the product, not the timer. Vacuum its another .75c There's no drying option. Vacuum its very weak and didn't pull much from my carpets, it smelled like wet dog and dead skunk, the smell was awful and I went around 10 am when it was slow, not at 7 pm on a Sunday. My car got all scratched from the cleaning brush and the hoses hitting my car. It truly looks awful, im frustrated that I did my research and tried to go to a highly rated place and still got my car completely scratched, after $10 dollars my car looks just as dirty if not worse in the inside, the outside its just criminal. I cant belive how much damage a car wash could do ... The Vacuum doesn't even extend, you have to either get it across inside your car when the smell its disgusting or you risk scratching the crap out of the top of your car. Seriously this is ridiculous I guess you get to dry your car, if you pay the guys to dry it, because they dont have rags or anything to clean your car You have to pay $2 more if you wanna wash your carpets cover

I’m extremely disappointed with this car wash. The customer service was awful. The employee working was more focused on talking with coworkers than actually helping customers. I had to guide myself into the automated car wash with no assistance at all. Afterward, there was no direction or guidance on where to go to dry my vehicle. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care was very frustrating. I will not be returning.

Great well maintained place, always love coming here to wash my car by hand. I remember when there were two other locations of this place-one in Waukegan(which my mom and I went to a lot until closed down in the late 10s)and another one in Gurnee(which closed sometime in the mid or late 2000s I think, only went to that one a few times). Glad this one is still around and hope it stays that way as I much prefer washing my car by hand as it's cheaper and the mist feels pretty good on a nice day. All the wash options work great.
